A research says that the water melon has citrulline – which like Viagra has the power to relax blood vessels. Water melon is known as a food of seduction – pink in colour; the way it is eaten is considered sexy as especially so when one expel the seeds from the mouth through puckered up lips! In India, jaggery made from sugar cane molasses has been used to treat both women and men who have a low libido.

Oysters certainly are a sensuous food, slipping and slurping their way down the throat in an appealingly messy fashion. Vitamin rich, this fish has got a great dose of A, D, B and calcium, all known to be necessary for giving the all-important libido lift. Phenethylamine and Theobromine are chemicals found in chocolate and have been linked to levels of serotonin in the brain. Serotonin is one of the chemicals linked with pleasure and good feelings in humans when stimulated.
