COOKING WITH PANEER (home-made cheese)
This workshop teaches to make homemade Paneer - Indian cheese from scratch. Once we've made our paneer we'll use it to make delicious dishes and restaurant favourites:
- Paneer Pakoras....paneer cubes coated with batter and deep fried) served with Raisin Chutney.
- Mattar Paneer...creamy cardamom scented curry with paneer and peas.
- Paneer Makhani... paneer cubes in a tomato-butter sauce.
- Tandoori Paneer...marinated panner cubes baked in an oven.
