Kerala has a distinctive cuisine, very unusual and different from the rest of India. Cooking in Kerala is all about discoveries, aromas and colours. In this workshop, Chef Devagi covers all the favourite dishes of Kerala.
- Aviyal...a medley of over 7 vegetables cooked together with ground coconut and masala
- Moru Curry...winter melon cubes cooked in a spicy yoghurt curry
- Cochin Style Fish Curry...slow cooked thick sourish fish curry – a Kerala favourite
- Kerala Sweet Appam...sweet rice flour pancakes which have soft, thick white spongy centres and thin golden crisp lace like edge
