Fatless Vegetable Briyani

   
INGREDIENTS
 
500 g Basmati rice, washed and drained
300 g cauliflower, cut into florets
200 g carrots, sliced
250 g French beans, cut into 2 cm pieces
2 onions, diced
2 red chillies, slit lenghtwise
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 bay leaves
1 stick cinnamon
5 cardamons
1125 ml  water
2 teaspoons garam masala
250g low fat yoghurt
 
METHOD
 
1. Put all the above into a rice cooker. Mix well and turn on rice cooker. When
    ready serve with curry or a salad.
