
Garlic Chicken

INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoons turmeric powder
2 tablespoons black peppercorns
100 g coriander root
10 chilli padies
3 tablespoons fish sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
12 garlic cloves
METHOD
1. Pound or blend the black peppercorns, coriander root, chilli padies and garlic
cloves coarsely
2. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and smear it all over the chicken wings.
3. Leave aside for 1 hour or overnight.
4. Preheat oven to 180° C and place chicken wings on oven rack. Bake for
40 minutes or until golden brown
