MISO SOUP

INGREDIENTS
1500 ml water
10 g bonito flavoured seasoning (available at all supermarkets)
5 g wakame, (dried seaweed), cut into strips
1/4 teaspoon sugar
100 g miso paste
250 ml water
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 Japanese soft bean curd, diced
2 tablespoons chopped spring onions
 
 
METHOD
 
1. Put the first 4 ingredients into a saucepan and bring to boil for
    5 minutes. Turn off heat.
2. Mix the miso paste with water and add it to the saucepan. Mix 
    to combine well.
3. Add sesame oil, diced beancurd and spring onions and serve
    immediately.
