Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS
 
180 g butter, room temperature
150 g smooth peanut butter
300 g soft brown sugar
2 medium eggs
30 g cocoa powder, sifted
90 g plain flour
110 g self-raising flour, sifted
250 g mini chocolate chips
 
METHOD
 
1 Preheat oven to 180 Celsius. Line baking trays with non-stick paper.
2 Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar in a large bowl until well combined.
3 Add the egg and mix well. Stir in the combined cocoa and the flours.
4 Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
5 Roll heaped teaspoons of mixture into balls, place on trays, press gently with a fork.
6 Bake for 25 minutes or until almost firm. Stand on trays for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely
