Pistachio Kulfi

INGREDIENTS
 
1 can sweetened condensed milk  
1 can evaporated milk
10 cardamoms, pods removed and seeds pounded till fine
80 g ground pistachios
Drop of apple green colouring
 
METHOD
 
1. Combine the above together well.
2.  Pour into ice cube trays or ‘kulfi’ moulds.
3.  Freeze for 6 hours.
4.  Serve sprinkled with chopped pistachio nuts
