Potato Achar

   
INGREDIENTS
 
500 g potatoes, boiled and cubed
4 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds, pounded
1 ½ teaspoons fenugreek
5 green chillies, sliced
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon asafoetida powder
2 tablespoons lime juice
 
METHOD
 
1 Mix the cooked potatoes and the sesame powder together.
2 Heat oil and fry the fenugreek seeds till fragrant. Add the chopped chillies, turmeric and asafoetida powder. Remove from heat.
3 Add it to the potatoes with the lime juice and mix well.
