Pudina Masala Vadai

   
INGREDIENTS
 
1 cup channa dhall, soaked
1 cup chopped mint leaves
½ cup chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
2 cm ginger
5 green chillies chopped coarsely
Oil for deep frying
 
METHOD
 
1 Grind dhall coarsely and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
2 Heat oil for frying and fry medium sized balls of the dhall mixture, until golden brown.
3 Serve hot with tea.
