Sambal Timun

   
INGREDIENTS
 
2 cucumbers, seeded and cut into 5 cm strips
3 tablespoons dried prawns, soaked, pounded and fried till crisp
5 red chillies, pounded coarsely
2 garlics, pounded
10 shallots, sliced thinly
1 green mango, peeled and diced
6 tablespoons lemon juice
enough salt
1 teaspoon sugar
 
METHOD
 
1 Mix all the above together and serve immediately.
