
Snow Fungus and Gingko Dessert

INGREDIENTS
60 g dried snow fungus
2 thin slices ginger
100 g candied winter melon strips
150 g cooked gingko nuts
5 pandan leaves, tied into a knot
80 g rock sugar
1500 ml water
METHOD
1. Soak the snow fungus in water for 2 hours and rinse in fresh water 2 -3 times and
cut away the black root at the bottom. Drain well.
2. Put all the ingredients above into a pot and boil over medium heat for 15 minutes.
3. Serve warm or cold.
