INGREDIENTS
500 g bread flour
1 tablespoon milk powder
1 teaspoon salt
20 g instant yeast
1 teaspoon bread improver
2 teaspoons caster sugar
225 ml water + or -
TOPPING
4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
150 g carrots, sliced
200 g onion, sliced
150 g green capsicum, sliced
100 g mushroom, sliced
150-200 g mozzarella Chesse
METHOD
1 Mix the dry ingredients and the water and knead at a low speed for 2 minutes, then at medium speed 10-12 minutes, Then at high speed for 1 minute.
2 Let it rise to double its volume for almost 40 minutes.
3 Divide dough into 2-3 portions and roll out into a circle.
4 Spread tomato ketchup on dough.
5 Arrange the vegetables and sprinkle with grated cheese.
6 Bake 200° C for 20 minutes and serve hot.
