Wholemeal Pancakes

   
INGREDIENTS
 
100 gm wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
300 ml skimmed milk
2 egg whites
 
METHOD
 
1 Mix the flour, baking powder and skimmed milk to together to form a thick batter.
2 Whisk the egg whites till stiff and fold into the batter.
3 Heat a non-stick pan. Pour a little batter and make a thick pancake. Cook onbothsides and serve with curry or chutney.
